Pride Brick Plushie: A Zine

PRIDE BRICK PLUSH. The words each written on rounded rectangles in the aspect ratio of a brick. Pg 1: Standard US Brick size + 0.5in seams. Three rectangles with a border (aka seam allowances) drawn in. 8.625 x 4.625, 4.625 x 3.25, 8.625 x 3.25. Or see back for link to pattern. Pg 2: Cut 2x each. Use fabric scraps (doodle of t-shirt, curtains). Sew Together (the corner of a prism but with an open seam) leave last seam open. Pg 1: Stuff! Cut open an old pillow (drawing of such); Old clothes (t shirt => rags) or... a brick? (a brick). Pg 2: Sew Shut - ladder stitch on the seam (start on inside) (and then a diagram of a thread going under the fabric, up and across to the other side, then moving farther along under the fabric, then repeat) Both pages: Decorate! Use markers! (A marker writing 'trans rights!' on a brick) Sew patches (a brick with a weird shaped patch and needle); glitter and glue! (a shiny brick with a smear of glue) flags! (demisexual flag on a brick) emote! (an angry omo face) slogans! ('PRIDE' on the big side, 'IS A' on the small side; flippy arrow; 'RIOT' on the big side, 'IS' on the small side.
